Salt & Light Christian Counseling is a small, private New Mexico based counseling agency that is located in the greater Albuquerque area and serves clients all throughout the state locally or through secure online sessions. We offer a variety of therapeutic techniques enmeshed with a Biblical Worldview, restoring your mental well-being. Therapeutic techniques are temporary approaches for in-the-moment issues. At Salt & Light our therapists use the temporary approach for maintaining client emotional regulation while pointing them back to the Bible for where their long-term healing can be found. No matter your age, any life struggle, issue, or concern can be resolved and redirected through this Gospel-centered view. The truth can only be found in God’s Word.
